Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Kansas City Chiefs
Spread = 9
Over/under = 45.5
Quarterbacks:
Patrick Mahomes (FantasyHolic’s expert ranked QB #10 overall this week)- Somehow yet to finish top 10 in any week this year but now takes on the easiest match up for fantasy QBs in the league.
Baker Mayfield (QB12)- A top 7 QB in all but 1 game in 2025 but temper expectations this week with his weapons dropping like flies and a nasty Chiefs defense harassing him.
Running Backs:
Kareem Hunt (RB14)- A little banged up but has at least 20 touches and a score in 3 straight weeks and takes on the 6th softest squad against RBs.
Bucky Irving (RB24)- The very impressive rookie may struggle this week as he faces the toughest D against the run, nursing a toe injury, and has only seen more than 50% of RB snaps in 1 game yet.
Rachaad White (RB33)- Technically still the starter and although he’s less exciting than his counterpart he only has 1 game all season below 9 in PPR.
Samaje Perine (RB50)- Only 3 games over 5 PPR points so he needs the team to somehow fall behind early to establish more playing time as the clear leading pass catching back.
Sean Tucker (RB57)- Looking like his magical RB1 game 2 weeks ago is an aberration without an injury clearing another path to greatness.
Carson Steele (RB67)- Another back that lost his playing time luster and is only a stash and see in case of injury.
Wide Receivers:
Xavier Worthy (WR28)- This Tampa secondary has been leaky and the team has found some creative ways to get him into the endzone in 3 of the last 4.
DeAndre Hopkins (WR36)- A dud last week but given this will be his second week on the team and Juju remains out there’s really no choice but to throw the man out there and force the sparks to start flying.
Jalen McMillan (WR39)- Yet to break 35 receiving yards and taking on the 4th toughest secondary but has 7+ targets in 2 straight and the chemistry with Baker has nowhere to go but up.
Sterling Shepard (WR53)- Questionable to play but if he does he should dominate slot snaps and continue his long term friendship already established with his college QB.
Trey Palmer (WR63)- Over 70% snap share in 2 straight and has a nice ceiling with his dynamic speed that has flashed since last year’s 39/385/3 rookie season.
Justin Watson (outside our top 75 WRs)- A deep threat that’s on the field a ton but has yet to command more than 3 targets in any game this year.
Tight Ends:
Travis Kelce (TE3)- Since Rashee Rice went down his production has taken off with at least 7 for 70 in 3 of the last 4.
Cade Otton (TE5)- The surprising new #1 in the offense has an amazing floor with 11 PPR points in 4 of 5 and now a top 3 easiest TE matchup against KC.
Noah Gray (outside our top 30 TEs)- A sneaky not horrible option since he’s played at least 50 of snaps in every game and Tampa gives up the 5th most to the position.
