What is The Buzz?
Great vision and acceleration out of the backfield. Tough, yet agile.
Running Report
Corum led the Wolverines’ rushing attack to the College Football Playoff three straight seasons. He has a knack for finding the end zone with a Michigan record for career rushing touchdowns (56). His rushing style has him use his blockers effectively. His patience and vision allows him to find the right rushing lane at just the right time. The ability to make defenders miss is apparent. He looks to be that early-down back.
Pass Catching Report
Corum is more known for his rushing prowess but has been trustworthy to make catches out of the backfield. He only averaged a bit over a single catch per game over the last three seasons but averaged nearly 7 yards per catch. Rushing the ball is his calling card but teams shouldn’t sleep on his pass-catching ability.
Where Does He Fall Short?
His size will be tough to translate to the NFL. At 5’ 8”, it makes it harder to break tackles. He’s more agile than strong. With his rushing style, he needs to have a solid offensive line in front of him to succeed.
